Golden Jubilee Celebration of St. John of God Catholic Hospital Lunsar Sierra Leone

All roads in the St Augustine Province of Africa are leading to Sierra Leone at St  John of God Catholic Hospital as they Hospital prepares to celebrate fifty years of service to the poor and the needy in that part of the Country.

People have started arriving today, the Provincial Superior Br Bartholomew Kamara and Br Linus Tangu the 4th Counselor arrived Lunsar this evening.

Among the important personalities to grace the occasion is the Prior General Br. Jesus ETAYO with his entourage from the General Curia still to arrive.

Below are the planned activities leading to the climax on the 8th March, 2017 Feast of St. John of God.

1. 5^th March 2017  Sunday   =  Marathon in Lunsar Tow
2. 6^th March, 2017,  Monday         =  Candle Night Parade  5-8pm
3. 7^th March, 2017  Tuesday         =Group 7 Graduation -10 am, 4pm- 6 pm = Cultural dance troop
4. 8^th March, 2017                  = Golden Jubilee Holy Mass -9am follow by  reception after mass.
