The participants arrived the venue on Sunday 16th July 2017 evening. On the 17th July the conference officially open at exactly 9:am. In total 25 participants reported present on the first day consisting of the brothers and co-workers from all over the Province.
Day one duel on the opening speech and Annual Report of the Province by the Provincial Superior, report from St. John of God Hospital Tigania and Ethics of leadership by Fr Raphael Teh. They were equally group works and plenary. Generally day one was positive.
Day two 18th July 2017 started with holy mass at 7:am. The morning session was dedicated for the reports from Management Advisory Boards for Senegal, Ghana, Cameroon and Sierra Leone. Afternoon session was for group works on the reports heard in the morning.
